Thanks to other users for their reviews - I ordered M for Russian size 48-50 and height 172 cm, it fits perfectly, loosely, with moderate oversize as needed. For shorter heights, the sleeves might be a bit long, but for taller ones they fit perfectly (a little too long for me, but not critical). I recommend it!
