The coolest thing about this place is that it actually rains inside every 15 minutes. Yep, no matter what the weather is like outside. You’ll get a mini umbrella, raincoat, and rubber boots to enjoy the “rain” in their cute little courtyard. It’s a super chill spot, with lots of plants and a warm, cozy atmosphere.
They’ve got drinks like the “Winter Fog” (green tea with lavender) and pastries that are as creative as the theme, like a stormy-flavored treat with black pepper and pink peppercorn.

Foreplan Cafe| Seongsu-dong, SeoulThe place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves design and architecture. The café was created by architects and has a really unique vibe—it’s part café, part architectural studio. The space is minimalistic but stylish, with wooden, glass, and brick elements throughout, and an open ceiling that lets in tons of natural light.
The vibe here feels like you’re working at an architect’s office, with design tools and sketches scattered around.
The café serves a delicious brunch menu, including steak sandwiches, basil chicken sandwiches, and lemon cream fish steak. A unique cafe experience in Hongdae, Thanks Nature has a couple of furry and adorable friends to cuddle up to as well: two sheep. The sheep aren’t the only attraction the cafe has, as they also serve coffee and delicious waffles.
The sheep hang out just outside the cafe, where you can feed them, have some coffee and snacks next to them, pet them, and fall in love with them. 221B | Gangnam-gu, SeoulAlthough not located on Baker Street, 221B is a cafe in Gangnam in the theme of Sherlock Holmes! Their menu boasts the regular coffee shop fare: coffee, tea, and lattes. They even serve a special Sherlock Coffee that looks like Guinness beer! In addition to caffeinated beverages, they serve beer, wine, ice cream, affogatos, sandwiches and paninis, and even snow cones!
Complete with a TV that plays episodes of BBC’s Sherlock all day, you can sit down with a cuppa while watching Benedict Cumberbatch as the brilliant and iconic Sherlock Holmes.

Here, you can get a latte in a mug shaped like a toilet, complete with latte art in the shape of, well… you guessed it, poop! Hungry and want a bite to eat with your toilet latte? Ddo-Ong cafe also offers poop-shaped scones and jam, as well as other food.
For all those boong-oh-bbang lovers out there, Ddo-Ong cafe offers their version of the red-bean filled waffles. Of course, you won’t be finding any fish shapes here, as their boong-oh-bbangs fit right along with their poop theme. The café is inspired by “Kiki’s Delivery Service” movie, and looks like something straight out of a fairytale, with its cute yellow-and-green exterior and cozy, vintage interior.
They serve drinks with Jiji-shaped ice cubes, which is just too cute. Oh, and there’s a small shop where you can buy official Ghibli merch! Whether you’re into anime or just want a super aesthetic café to hang out in, Koriko Cafe is 100% worth the visit.
