Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea – only 15 minutes away from Seoul and 30 minutes from the Hongdae area.

Internship Opportunities in Korea

We offer internships in Korea for a minimum of one month, ideal for summer breaks, master’s program internships, or anyone seeking valuable media experience. Whether you’re an aspiring writer, a budding photographer, a digital marketing enthusiast, or a future journalist, we might have a place for you!

Writing/Journalism Internship in Korea

If you are passionate about writing and journalism, this internship offers practical experience in a media environment. As a writing/journalism intern, you will:

• Write and edit articles for our platform.
• Learn about SEO and content optimization.
• Receive feedback and guidance from experienced professionals.
• Work on various writing projects suited to your skills and interests.

Photography Internship in Korea

For those with an interest in photography, this internship provides hands-on experience and skill development. Responsibilities include:

• Capturing and editing images for articles and social media.
• Learning about image copyright and usage rights.
• Collaborating with the editorial team to produce high-quality visual content.
• Enhancing your portfolio with diverse and professional work.

Social Media Management Internship in Korea

If social media management is your focus, this internship will provide practical experience in digital communication. As a social media intern, you will:

• Assist with managing social media channels and creating content.
• Analyze social media metrics and help develop engagement strategies.
• Gain insights into digital marketing and audience interaction.
• Develop skills in social media tools.

Requirements

• University/Higher studies student
• Keen interest in South Korea and its culture
• Professional English Skills
• Strong work ethic
• Enthusiasm for gaining practical experience in the media industry
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communications skills
• Experience with or interest in social media management and strategy
• Knowledge of Google Docs
• Work authorization (Working Holiday Visas, F-4, etc.) especially for internships longer than 3 months

Experience and Skills Gained:

• Social media management and strategy
• WordPress and article writing
• Digital marketing techniques, including SEO
• Image copyright and design principles
• Additional skills based on assignments and individual projects

Additional Information

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• This is an ongoing internship program open year-round, not a temporary offer
• Depending on the company’s situation, internships may be paid or unpaid
