It really is what they sell, it's warm, but I'm a Spanish 40 and I trusted the comments and I took an XL, error, the XL would be a 38, it comes to me very glued and marks everything, good thing I want them for winter to put them under the pants, otherwise I would touch to buy another one size more Large
