Good set, for height 174 and weight ~60 took L. Probably not suitable for intense training: sweat is visible in the folds of the bike shorts when squatting, and there's also a feeling that the chest might not hold up from jumping. I exercise on a reformer, ordering a second set.
I loved it!! I recommend 100%, the fabric is very good and fits your size perfectly. I would order again if they had in those colors.
