The material is soft but sturdy. Although I think for the weather wear I live, they'll be suitable for spring and fall, maybe winter with tights underneath, but they'll be too hot for summer. I'm usually a size S, but I'm glad I sized up in these. normally I struggle to find pants that fit my waist and aren't too small in the hips. as you can see from the photo, an extra 1cm on the hips would have been better (so the pleats lay flat), but it is absolutely wearable as is. The waist is perfect, I have just enough space to tuck a top in and to accommodate a food belly. Overall highly recommend, you can't beat the quality for the price.
Nice pants, textil streches a bit, but waist is pretty tight. Size up one measure. For tall women I would not recommend. On 160cm height they are ok even with some chuncky boots 3-4 cm. Maybe will work for 165cm tops ( if you want it long enough to cover a bit of your shoes) . Yes, there are threads, but most can be removed by pulling, stiches are ok and the cut is pretty good too.
