Vest fire. Sits on the body like a glove. Pockets are fastened very tightly, you can use both falling asleep and hard load. It feels very good. Later I'll add more.

When ordering, the waistcoat is carefully sold without weighting plates they will have to be bought separately. Came within 10 days. Quality is good

Great vest. Cut metal and placed. The weight came to 10 kg. Hz as it can be stuffed 30 kg, if only to expand the pockets. Since the metal perfectly climbed 0.4mm thick somewhere. Thicker by 0.8-1mm could not put. As a result of 10 kg. Sits perfectly size perfectly. Don't rub. Passed in It 2 hours no complaints. The goods are good. My height is 173 weight 72

The vest is very good on the height of 175 cm sat well. On advice from the last review here, I made a load for the vest. Took a smooth steel rebar, diameter 25mm; sliced on 150mm. Got about 600 grams in each cylinder.

Visually, qualitatively, Velcro are so powerful that you are afraid of a piece of vest to tear off
