The mat is very pleased! Took to fight cellulite and general recovery. At first, it was awful of the way, damn, it hurts to lie on it! But a couple of times later, the body got used to it or rescued. Needles are very sharp! The covers are removable, can be washed. It came fast in 12 days.

Super fast shipping to Spain although here Post Office has been delayed for two weeks on delivery of the package, the reason was Covid 19. Delighted with the mat, it's perfect and I'll buy back to give away
