Every month we order this from sea-malls.com and it is very comfortable to use. Take hot foot bath 30 min Remove the protective film from the patch with acid. Glue the tablet on the center of the Spurs root. Be sure to fix with the top of the usual band band 3-4 cm wide. Walk with a bandage 3 days, during this time the paste from the tablet is completely absorbed into the root of the Spurs.
