Ordered 11/02/21, learned the parcel 13/03/21. The parcel and the goods came in normal condition. Product description exact. The pillow is really executed very qualitatively. A cover with a zipper, a pillow lies in a special bag. Everything is very worthy and looks great. I did not have to communicate with the store. The seller put the gifts: earplugs and a mask for sleep, thank you.

Order placed on December 27, shipped on the same day of a warehouse in Belgium, and finally delivered on January 02 instead of December 31 originally planned (problem of transportation caused by the post office in France ).
